Encompass HK

Encompass HK is a dynamic social enterprise dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity within organizations. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training and consultancy services that empower businesses to embrace a more diverse and inclusive culture. Through our innovative and tailored experiential-learning programs, such as "Beer, Chocolate, and Inclusion," "LGBTQ+ in the City Tour," and "Leveraging AI and DEI," we facilitate impactful learning experiences that are both interactive and engaging. In addition to our commitment to organizational transformation, we actively contribute to the betterment of society by supporting various social causes and NGOs. 

We collaborate closely with other DEI organizations like Grassroots Future, Dialogue in the Dark, and CareER, leveraging a collaborative model to amplify our impact.
